When temperatures plummet, the risk of your pipes freezing and bursting skyrockets

The ELK River crested at 11:30 last night just above Action flood stage at 14.58 feet.

All State Roads in Lincoln County are closed due to icing and although not officially closed all city and county roads should be considered to dangerous to drive on.
