He has brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen yesterday near Ligon Drive in Shelbyville. Clarence was last sen wearing dark blue jeans and a black hoodie with a flag and cross. He is believed to be on foot. Clarence has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
